5 spacers to turn associsted 12mm bore shocks into bladder shocks. 1 EXTRA SPACER IS INCLUDED.  These use the stock or aftermarket shock caps. You will need 4 12mm bladders they are not included.  Leave the screw out of shock cap to relieve the air from above the bladder.  PPP911B is the bladder part number if you would like to add the 4 bladders
